Kevin Farinella has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering and technical roles. Kevin started their career as a Journeyman at Farinella Plumbing & Heating, where they installed water, drain, waste, and venting pipe systems in residential housing. Kevin then worked as a Mechanical Technician at Hoffmann & Feige Inc., where they collected evidence and data for failure analysis, performed weld inspection, and conducted piping evaluations.

After that, Kevin joined NMT Medical Inc. as a Junior Engineer, where they researched and developed medical devices such as septal occluders, delivery systems, and embolus filters. Kevin also designed and developed the necessary tooling and fixtures for testing and manufacturing.

Following their time at NMT Medical Inc., Kevin worked as a Field Engineer at Sear-Brown Sikorski, where they performed mechanical surveying and new piping design for a pharmaceutical company. Kevin also assisted the senior project manager and directly interacted with customers.

Currently, Kevin is at Waterworks, where they have held multiple roles. Kevin started as an Engineering Manager, leading the product development of luxury bathroom and kitchen fittings and accessories. Kevin then became the Director of Product Development & Engineering, responsible for the overall product strategy and management for North America and the United Kingdom. Kevin now serves as the Director of Engineering and Innovation, leading a team of engineers and a product development manager to streamline products to market. Kevin also works closely with global manufacturers and visits factories for schedule and product reviews.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated expertise in product development, engineering management, vendor communication, adherence to industry standards, and technical assets.

Kevin Farinella attended the New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 1993 to 1996. However, no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.
