Georgina Overton MBA CMgr FCMI is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as L&D Manager for Wates Group since January 2023, Georgina previously held positions as Learning Business Partner and Operational Training and Development Manager at Unum, where key achievements included leading the implementation of a new learning experience platform.
