Holly Gardiner

Holly Gardiner is a seasoned professional in land and planning with extensive experience in the property sector. Currently serving as Associate Land & Planning Director at Wates Group since August 2018, Holly has also held roles including Senior Land & Planning Manager and Land and Planning Manager within the same company. Prior to Wates Group, Holly worked at Newcourt Residential as Land Manager from June 2015 to August 2018, and served as a Land Consultant at Arun Estates from November 2011 until June 2015. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Property Planning & Development from Kingston University, completed in 2011.
