Damon Lathrope

Damon Lathrope is an accomplished football coach and former professional player, currently serving as Head Coach for Watford Women's FC and as a YDP Academy Coach at Watford Football Club since July 2019. In addition, Damon has been the Head Football Coach at Pro Direct Academy since April 2019. Prior professional playing experience includes tenures at Norwich City Football Club, Torquay United Football Club, Aldershot Town Football Club, and Woking Football Club, with retirement from playing due to injury in November 2018.
