Emiliano R. has extensive work experience in the financial field. Emiliano started their career as the Group FD at Global Strategies Group from September 2003 to May 2009. Following this, they worked at Aldelia as the COO/CFO from January 2011 to January 2017. Currently, Emiliano R. holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Watford Football Club since February 2017.

Emiliano R. pursued their education by first attending Luiss Guido Carli University from 1995 to 2002. There, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics. Later, in 2008 to 2009, Emiliano R. pursued further education at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they earned an MBA degree in Business Administration.
