Joel Green

Joel Green serves as the Lead Sports Scientist for Watford FC's Women's Development Squad since June 2022, following roles as a sports science intern for both the club's first team and developmental squads. In addition to contributions at Watford FC, Joel has been a Swimming Teacher at The Dolphin Swimming School since May 2015, progressing from an assistant to a level 2 swimming teacher by 2018, and has experience as an Acting Junior Lead Coach at Hemel Hempstead Swimming Club. Joel's background in swimming instruction also includes a position at Everyone Active - SLM in 2019. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise at Nottingham Trent University, Joel's academic and professional journey reflects a commitment to sports science and coaching.
