Nicola Bandara

Nicola Bandara has extensive experience in human resources and administration, particularly with Watford Football Club since November 2018, holding roles as HR Officer, HR Administrator, and Commercial Administrator. Previous experience includes serving as PA to the East Regional Director at OMF International from June 2007 to January 2010. Nicola is currently pursuing a CIPD Level 5 in People Management at DPG Learning and has completed a CIPD Level 3 in People Practice at West Herts College. Educational qualifications also include a BA in Theology from the London School of Theology and an International Baccalaureate from the United World College of South East Asia in Singapore.
