Gary Denham

Gary Denham has a strong background in procurement and commercial management. Gary is currently the Product Development and Procurement Director at Watkin Jones Group, where they are responsible for driving procurement excellence and building a supply chain capable of delivering their £2bn development pipeline. Gary also leads their sustainability journey and ensures building specification across multiple sectors. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Procurement Director at Unite Students, where they delivered significant savings and drove commercial efficiencies throughout operations and construction. Gary has also held various procurement roles at UNITE Group plc and QinetiQ, where they were responsible for category strategy planning and delivering cost savings. Gary began their career as a Legal and Contracts Adviser at BAA, where they provided specialist legal advice and negotiated major procurement contracts.

Gary Denham's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree from the University of Reading. Gary also completed a Legal Practice Course in Law at The University of Law. Prior to that, they attended The Math School Alumni.
