Iain Smith

Iain Smith is an experienced professional in the field of town planning, currently serving as the Group Planning Director at Watkin Jones Group since October 2009. Prior to this role, Iain worked as a Senior Planner at Savills from July 2005 to October 2010 and gained valuable experience as a Planner at North West Regional Assembly from September 2003 to July 2005. Iain holds a Master's degree in Town Planning from The University of Manchester (2004-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in Town Planning from Newcastle University (2000-2003).
