Nick Rothwell

Nick Rothwell has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Nick started their career as a Quantity Surveyor at Multibuild Ltd in 2004, where they had post-contract responsibilities for multiple projects. Nick worked in various markets and operated under different JCT Forms. In 2010, they joined Multibuild (Construction & Interiors) Ltd, a division of Balfour Beatty Construction Northern Ltd, in the same role.

In 2013, Nick worked as a Non Resi Construction Implementation Manager on a freelance basis for DBK LLP. Nick liaised between the main contractor and the end user/tenant to ensure the completion of a non-residential project. Nick also handled the remaining outstanding external works on the project.

Starting in 2014, Nick joined Watkin Jones Group as a Senior Employer's Agent, providing project management, quantity surveying, and valuation services. Nick reported on monthly payments, cashflow, progress, and specifications for the developer. Later, they became a Development Project Director, overseeing concurrent self-build and third-party schemes. Nick was responsible for project coordination, monitoring, and reporting from inception to completion.

Nick Rothwell attended Hazel Grove High School from 1997 to 2002. Nick then went on to Ridge Danyers College Marple from 2002 to 2004. Finally, they studied Quantity Surveying at the University of Salford from 2004 to 2009, earning a degree in Quantity Surveying.
