Terry Rasmussen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project development and management within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Project Development at Nexus Energy Inc., Terry has previously held senior leadership roles, including Director of Development at PureSky Energy and Director of Development - US at Amp Energy. Founding President of Virtual Power Plants Inc., Terry successfully developed energy storage and distributed energy resources. With a background that includes significant positions at Hemmera, Canadian Solar Inc., SkyPower Limited, GENIVAR, and Jacques Whitford AXYS, Terry has a proven track record in managing large-scale solar and renewable energy projects, client development, environmental assessments, and team leadership. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Schulich School of Business and advanced degrees in Applied Chemistry and Biology.
