Eric Kuebler, BSChE, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of the Customer Focused Team at Watlow, Kuebler is responsible for P&L management and driving growth while enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, at Hyperion Materials & Technologies, Kuebler held the positions of Global Director of Customer Experience and Global Director of Commercial Excellence, where responsibilities included overseeing customer relations initiatives and training commercial leaders in effective business processes. Kuebler's tenure at Compressor Controls Corporation involved multiple director-level roles focusing on global commercial operations, channel programs, sales operations, and project pursuit. Prior experience at Emerson Process Management included managing a substantial global business segment and serving as a key account manager.
