Tia Schoth

Tia Schoth currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Management at Watlow, a leader in industrial technology and thermal products, starting in October 2024. Prior to this role, Tia was the Director of People Operations at Care/of from June 2023 to October 2024, where direct responsibilities included managing HR operations, compensation and benefits, and compliance, while also acting as the interim Head of People. Tia's previous experience includes roles at Bayer Crop Science as Talent Management Lead and HR Business Partner for the U.S., and at Monsanto Company as an HR Business Partner supporting director-level leaders across multiple regions. Earlier in the career, Tia held positions at Lockheed Martin, focusing on performance management and employee relations, and began with a strong educational background in psychology and human resource development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
