The Operations and Management Team at Watoto is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization's logistics, fleet, farm operations, and asset management. This team ensures efficient functioning across all departments, supports financial management, and aids in implementing strategic initiatives to maximize impact in serving vulnerable women and children in Uganda and South Sudan.
