Crystal Seeley

Crystal Seeley has extensive experience in supply chain and inventory optimization. Crystal has served as the VP of Inventory and Demand Planning at Watsco, Inc. since 2015, where they provide guidance and leadership in inventory management, forecasting, and purchasing. Prior to this, Crystal worked as an Independent Consultant and Senior Solutions & Implementation Consultant/Client Accounts at Blue Ridge Solutions, Inc. from 2005 to 2015, where they specialized in forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain optimization. Crystal also held roles as an Independent Consultant and Senior Practice Associate at Martec International, Inc. from 2005 to 2013, working closely with clients to implement change management strategies and improve retailing operations. Crystal's earlier experience includes serving as the VP of Replenishment, Pricing, and Data Integrity at Gart Sports (now The Sports Authority) from 1997 to 2003, and working in various divisions at Federated (Macy's/RLG) from 1988 to 1997.

Crystal Seeley attended Louisiana State University from 1979 to 1984 and obtained a degree in BADM. Crystal'sfield of study included Marketing, Finance, and Management.
