Kristin Daniels

Kristin Daniels has a strong background in pricing strategy and operations. Kristin started their career at Baxter Healthcare as a Programmer Analyst from 1993 to 1996. Kristin then joined Allegiance Healthcare as a Systems Analyst, where they designed and developed sales reporting and pricing maintenance tools. In 2001, Kristin transitioned to a business role as the Field Pricing Manager at Allegiance Healthcare, serving as a liaison between the Strategic Pricing department and the Medical Distribution and Medical Product Manufacturing divisions of Cardinal Health.

At Cardinal Health, Kristin held various roles from 2001 to 2017. Kristin was the Senior Manager of Pricing Projects and Systems, leading a team responsible for price increases, pricing system enhancements, and customer-specific margin improvement opportunities. Kristin then became the Director of Pricing Operations, Strategic Pricing, where they created processes, systems, and strategies to drive profitability growth. Kristin was also a key member of the Special Project team for SAP and Vistex implementation, leading pricing process improvement and downstream software replumbing. Their final role at Cardinal Health was the VP of Strategic Pricing, where they led a team of pricing professionals and focused on improving profitability through pricing strategies in the Medical Segment.

Since 2018, Kristin has been working at Watsco, Inc. as the Director of Pricing Strategy. Their responsibilities include designing and implementing a platform for pricing excellence across Watsco subsidiaries, providing leadership on pricing strategies, techniques, and analysis, and driving profitable growth. Kristin was recently promoted to Vice President of Pricing Strategy, continuing their role in driving pricing excellence within the company.

Kristin Daniels attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1989 to 1993 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems.
