Ryan Dorschel has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Ryan started their career as a Marketing Specialist and later became a Sales & Marketing Manager at Tropical Shipping from 2006 to 2009. After that, they worked at Staff America as a Business Analyst/ Project Manager, where they were responsible for online catalog management and SEO/SEM strategy. Ryan then joined OneUp Sports as a Mobile Product and Marketing Manager, overseeing product planning and execution for a mobile gaming company. Ryan also served as a Mobile Product Manager at OneUp Sports, where they managed the strategic vision and delivery of native iOS and hybrid Android mobile apps for sports franchises. Ryan later joined Office Depot and held multiple positions, including eCommerce Business Analyst and Director of Mobile Commerce. Ryan also worked as a Consultant for Product Management & Agile Transformation at PeakActivity. Prior to their current role, Ryan was the Director of Digital Product Management at Total Wine & More, where they successfully launched a new eCommerce platform and implemented a same-day delivery program. Currently, they are the Director of Digital Experience and Customer Insights at Watsco, Inc.

Ryan Dorschel attended Purdue University from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
