Santiago Cuevas Álvarez-Arenas

Santiago Cuevas Álvarez-Arenas co-founded Watson, a platform for restaurants to create their own online ordering system. He worked on developing the online presence of restaurants, implementing technological tools for management, and creating the Watson app. Santiago also worked as a Hopper at TheHop, focusing on open innovation at Estrella Galicia. Additionally, he served as a Contable at Grupo Restalia and as a Camarero at the same company. Santiago holds a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration from CUNEF, as well as certifications from Basque Culinary Center and thePower.
