Michele specialises in loan agreements, security packages, restructuring and insolvency, leasing transactions of yachts and sale and purchase of vessels.

He is also very experienced in handling disputes and claims relating to all types of charterparties and bills of lading as well as insurance policy disputes, arrests of vessels and enforcement of securities.

Michele holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University, Wales. In the course of his LL.M. he was awarded the IISTL (Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law) Prize.

He is a member of the AIDIM (Italian association of maritime law).

In addition to Italian, Michele speaks English, French and Spanish fluently.
