He specialises in the energy industry‘s transition towards a less carbon-driven electricity production and advises on all regulatory matters. He has comprehensive experience in advising on the electricity intensive industry, public administration and utilities.

Beside his regulatory expertise in the energy sector, Torsten has profound knowledge in corporate matters which enables him to provide outstanding advice on the structuring of companies under the German Renewable Energies Act (EEG).

Finally, he advises his industrial clients as well as utilities on the structuring of decentral power supply solutions and all regulatory aspects in that connection.
