Heather Mercer

Heather Mercer, CIC, has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and sales industries. Currently serving as the Commercial Lines Operations Manager and previously as a Commercial Account Manager at Watson Insurance Agency Inc. since August 2003, Mercer has developed expertise in managing commercial accounts. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing from 1999 to August 2003 and as a Cash Office Clerk/Customer Service representative at Upton's Department Store from 1996 to 1999. Mercer completed education at North Gaston High School, graduating in 1998.
