Jeff Evans

Jeff Evans is a seasoned professional in real estate asset management with extensive experience in managing diverse real estate portfolios. Currently serving as the Regional Director-Asset Management at Watson Land Company since July 2014, Jeff previously held the position of Director of Operations at First Industrial Realty Trust from November 2006 to July 2014. In that role, Jeff managed a 4.5 million square feet multi-use real estate portfolio and directed financial aspects of the West Region Development Group. Jeff's career also includes experience as a Senior Investment Analyst, underwriting acquisitions of industrial real estate assets across seven markets in the West Region. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management, Finance, and Real Estate from USC Marshall School of Business and dual MS and BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
