Kimberly Ard

Kimberly Ard has extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as the Office Manager at Watson Realty Corp. since May 2012, where responsibilities include acting as an intermediary in negotiations and maintaining knowledge of real estate laws and financing options. Additionally, Kimberly holds the titles of Director of Recruiting and School of Real Estate and Realtor at the same company. Since October 2018, Kimberly has also been a Recruiting Specialist at Ellie Mae and works as a freelance proofreader, reviewing mortgage managing guides. Previous experience includes teaching at East Point Preschool and serving as an Assistant Property Manager at Trammell Crow Company. Kimberly holds an education from Georgia Southern University and Terry Parker High School.
