Florence Clifford (She/Her)

Florence Clifford has served as the Client Systems Lead at Watson Board Advisors since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing large-scale system migrations and enhancing operational efficiency through the integration of various technological tools, including ATS, PSA systems, and Salesforce. Previous roles at Watson include Client Systems Project Lead, Analyst for Executive & Board Director Recruitment, and Office Administrator. Additionally, Florence has been involved with UBC Sororities since May 2016, assuming roles such as Awards Program Manager and Recruitment & Operations Manager, where accomplishments include coordinating Canada's largest sorority recruitment drive. Florence holds a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Biology and Psychology from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2015.
