Başak Köktürk

Başak Köktürk has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various companies. BAŞAK started their career at TÜRK HENKEL & HENKEL KGaA in 2000 as an HR Kam & Training Development Manager, where they worked until 2007. BAŞAK then moved to Borusan Otomotiv, where they served as an HR Manager from 2007 to 2009. BAŞAK then joined SOFRA GRUP COMPASS PLC as an HR Manager from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Watsons Turkey, a position they have held since 2012.

Başak Köktürk has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from ODTÜ.
