Elif Akin Şahin has extensive work experience in various roles within the e-commerce, trade marketing, and sales fields. Starting in 2006 as a Sales Intern at Procter & Gamble, they gained valuable experience in the sales industry. ELİF then moved on to Unilever, where they held positions such as Assistant Trade Marketing Manager and National Accounts Customer Executive, where they were responsible for managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Elif also worked at Eczacıbaşı Girişim as a Trade Marketing Manager, focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies. ELİF'smost recent role is as Head of E-Commerce at Watsons Turkey, where they oversee e-commerce operations. With their diverse experience in e-commerce, trade marketing, and sales, Elif has developed a strong skill set to contribute to the success of any organization.

Elif Akin Şahin attended Middle East Technical University from 2002 to 2007, where they studied business administration and earned a degree with a GPA of 3.19.
