Fatma also served as the Head of Human Resources at Savola Foods Turkey from August 2018 to June 2021. Fatma has experience as an HR Business Partner at d.ream (Doğuş Restaurant Entertainment and Management) from July 2017 to August 2018, and at Türk Henkel from May 2015 to January 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Yıldız Holding from May 2013 to May 2015. Fatma started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at GEFCO in March 2010 and worked there until May 2013. Prior to that, they held positions at Yapı Kredi as a Career Management Specialist and Assesment Center Consultant, as well as an HR Internship at ATV (Turkey). Fatma also gained experience as a Training Consultancy Intern at Ernst & Young.
