Sarah DeWald

A Certified Public Accountant, Sarah brings over 14 years of experience to her role of Director of Finance & Operations at WATT Fuel Cell. She has been instrumental in raising private equity and the acquisition of Pittsburgh Electric Engine, Inc. Sarah manages all human resource, accounting, finance, legal, export controls and corporate operation activities. As Corporate Secretary, Sarah takes the lead on investor relations and management of all corporate matters and record-keeping.

Prior to her time at WATT Fuel Cell, Sarah spent five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in oil and gas utilities and manufacturing. Additionally, she held positions at the Catholic Health System of Buffalo and Canon, Inc. Sarah has extensive experience preparing financial statements, implementing new accounting systems at international financial institutions, and assisting with the application of Sarbanes-Oxley.

Sarah graduated from Canisius College in 2004, with degrees in Accounting and Accounting Information Systems.
