Owen Maybank, MBA has held several roles in the corporate world since 2001. Owen began their career at Veolia Environmental Services UK as a Marketing Analyst in 2001. In 2003, they moved to Barclays as a Competitive Insight Manager. In 2006, they joined TNT Express as Head of Business Insight and Research & Business Intelligence Manager. In 2011, they took on the role of Head of Customer Insight at SUEZ, where they were responsible for measuring and developing the customer experience. In 2021, they joined Wattbike as Head of Customer Experience, creating a best in class customer experience for B2C and B2B customers.

Owen Maybank holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Aston Business School, which they are currently pursuing. Owen also holds a CIM Post Graduate Diploma from Birmingham City University in Marketing, which they obtained in 2004. Owen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Birmingham City University in Business Studies in 2000.
