Jimmy Campbell has a diverse background in human resources, talent acquisition, and real estate. From 2022 to the present, they have served as the Human Resources Director at Watters International Realty. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Culture First Consulting, where they provided consulting services to various clients. From 2014 to 2015, Jimmy was a Senior Recruiter at Websense, Inc. In their earlier career, they held roles at Dell, OneWest Bank, Nationwide, and State Farm Insurance, where they gained experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and leadership.
Jimmy Campbell attended East Chambers High School from 1978 to 1983, where they obtained a degree in General Studies. After completing high school, they enrolled in The University of Texas at Austin from 1983 to 1986, majoring in Political Science. In 2019, Campbell obtained a certification as a Texas Real Estate Agent from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
