Andrew Northcott is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and leadership across various sectors. As Executive Chairman of Wattlestone since April 2015, Andrew oversees a diverse portfolio focused on Energy and Resources, Food & Agriculture, and Real Estate. Andrew founded Roubler in 2015, leading its development into a comprehensive workforce management SaaS platform before its acquisition by KKR-owned MYOB. Prior to Roubler, Andrew founded and served as Managing Director of Labour Solutions Australia from 2004 until its sale to Adcorp Holdings in 2013. Andrew's early career included a role as a Station Hand at AACo in Queensland. Academically, Andrew holds an Entrepreneurial Masters Program degree from MIT, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics from QUT, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Wattlestone was established in 2015 as a private holding company for the Northcott family’s investments, focused on creating long term value with a particular emphasis on maximising the potential of the operating businesses. The Wattlestone core focus is on creating and developing enduring businesses. Our passionate and driven team achieve success through leveraging our proven Wattlestone Business Systems (WBS) and technologies within key industry sectors that are well positioned for profitable, long term growth and success. Outside of our investments in operating businesses, Wattlestone actively takes medium and long term strategic positions in equities, listed and unlisted funds, senior and mezzanine debt along with other financial instruments across key sectors to provide the ongoing utility to support the growth activities of the group.
