Vivian M. has extensive experience in localization and community support, currently serving as Localization Manager at Wattpad since October 2018, where previous roles included Localization Lead and Senior Community Support Specialist. Prior to Wattpad, Vivian held positions as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Smilegate West and as an Editorial Coordinator at Obá Editorial, along with experience as an Editorial Assistant at Melhoramentos and Editora DCL.
