Mikhail Dyachenko

Mikhail Dyachenko has over 17 years of work experience. Mikhail started their career in 2004 as an Engineer at MSTU "Stankin", CAD/CAM Laboratory. In 2005, they joined the R&D Innovation Center of Automated Systems as a Software Developer, where they developed components of satellite communication distributed control systems. Mikhail was promoted to Senior Software Developer in the same company and led the software development team. In 2008, they moved to OOO "Genkey" as the Head of Software Development department, where they managed development teams and designed and developed cross-platform software for embedded systems. In 2012, they joined AO "AITI SFERA" as the Head of Project management department, where they prepared business requirements, costing, and schedules of a project. Mikhail was later promoted to Technical Project Manager in the same company and conducted technical expertise and fast-prototyping. In 2015, they joined Align Technology as the Software Delivery Manager, where they coordinated 10+ development teams to produce high-quality project deliverables. In 2020, they joined Watts Battery Corp as the Chief Technology Officer, where they were responsible for making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements, outlining the goals for research and development, and ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs. Currently, they are the Head of Intelkon Home Division.

Mikhail Dyachenko attended School N1283 in Moscow from 1989 to 2000, where they studied humanities, german, and english. In 2000, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and CAD/CAM from Moscow State Technological University "Stankin". Mikhail then completed a Master's Degree in CAD/CAM from the same university in 2006. In 2014, they took a course in Computer and Information Systems Security (CIBIT). In 2015, they took a course in Science and Technology of Big Data (NewProLab). Mikhail also took courses in IT Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning in 2011. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera Course Certificates, including Agile Planning for Software Products, Business English: Meetings, Business English: Networking, Client Needs and Software Requirements, Grammar and Punctuation, Software Processes and Agile Practices, Introduction to Software Product Management, and Big Data Specialist, Top 5.
