Frank Dibenedetto

Frank DiBenedetto has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the engineering and technology field. Frank started their career as an Application Engineer at ULVAC Technologies, Inc, from August 1997 to October 2000. Frank then joined Brooks Automation as a Product Development Engineer from November 2000 to March 2003. After that, they worked at NEXVAC as Principle/COO from April 2003 to May 2007. Currently, they are employed at Watts Water Technologies, where they have held multiple positions, including Sr. Product Engineering from June 2007 to March 2010, Lead Program Manager - Backflow Products from April 2010 to April 2016, Manager, Engineering Services from May 2016 to December 2019, and Director, Connected Solutions from January 2020 to the present. Frank is currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Technology at Watts Water Technologies, starting in May 2023.

Frank DiBenedetto holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, earned between 1995 and 1998. Frank also completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise," "Inclusive Leadership," "Jeff Weiner on Managing Compassionately," and "Unconscious Bias."
