Kenneth R. Lepage

Kenneth R. Lepage has served as General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since August 2008. He has also served as Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2020 and previously served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources from December 2009 until October 2015. Mr. Lepage originally joined our Company in September 2003 as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Lepage was a Junior Partner at the law firm of Hale and Dorr LLP (now Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP).
