Nicholas Denice, Esq., CPA, is currently the Assistant General Counsel at Watts Water Technologies, specializing in general corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and governance. With extensive transactional experience, they have represented businesses across various stages, from emerging companies to established public entities. In addition to their legal practice, Nicholas serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Governors for the Catholic Foundation of Rhode Island and holds directorships at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and Ocean State Media. They earned a J.D. magna cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Bryant University.
