Paula Degenaars

Paula Degenaars has over 10 years of experience in various leadership roles in the field of regulatory and trade compliance. Paula has worked as the Director/Manager of Regulatory & Trade Compliance at Watts Water Technologies since 2014, where they oversee the import and export processes for the company's global shipments. Prior to that, they worked at Timberland LLC from 2003 to 2013, holding positions such as Senior Manager of Global Business Technology, and Senior Manager of Global Transportation, Operations & Trade Compliance. In these roles, they focused on developing and executing supply chain systems and processes, as well as managing global transportation operations.

Paula Degenaars completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business at Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Paula then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Southern New Hampshire University from 2022 to 2023.
