Venu Sunkara

Venu Sunkara is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for the Americas at Watts Water Technologies since September 2018, Venu oversees eight manufacturing sites, focusing on establishing common operating procedures to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and delivery. Prior roles include Chief Operations Officer at Senior Aerospace SSP, where Venu managed a significant turnaround and drove cost reductions and productivity improvements. Additional experience includes leadership positions at ITT Aerospace Controls, BE Aerospace, Haas Automation, and Rima Enterprises, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in operations management, budgeting, lean transformation, and team development. Venu holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
