Wes Bush has extensive experience in operations and sales management within various companies. From September 2015 to January 2022, Wes Bush served as Senior Director of Operations at EagleBurgmann, overseeing operational activities in the mechanical seal supply systems and expansion joints sectors in the U.S. Prior to that, Wes held the position of Vice President of Sales at Gulf & Basco from August 2008 to December 2010, where responsibilities included leading sales initiatives for production homebuilders in a major market. Wes was also a Service Center Manager at Sulzer from December 2010 to December 2013, successfully turning around a poorly performing location. Afterward, Wes worked as Plant Manager at Hubbell Incorporated from May 2022 to August 2024 and currently holds the position of Plant Manager at Watts Water Technologies since September 2024. Wes Bush holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Management from The Johns Hopkins University.
