Andrew Rueff joined WCP to pursue investments in the payments and financial technology sector. Previously, he was one of the original founders and architects of the recapitalization of TransFirst Holdings, Inc., where he served in numerous executive roles while helping to build TransFirst into a top payments company in the U.S. During his 14 years at TransFirst, Mr. Rueff served as VP of Mergers and Acquisitions, Secretary of the Board, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and SVP of Corporate Development. Prior to joining TransFirst, he served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Atlanta-based transaction processing company Nova.
Mr. Rueff currently serves on the Board of Integrated Practice Solutions (IPS), CyberGrants and is Executive Chairman of Sphere Payments and TeamSnap.
Mr. Rueff earned both a Bachelor’s and an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee and a J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
