Josh Wesley

Josh Wesley has extensive experience in the field of technology, with a focus on educational institutions. Josh currently serves as the Director of Technology at the Waukee Community School District, where they provide leadership and vision in the areas of instructional technology, network operations, administrative support, and cybersecurity. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Technology at the Marshalltown Community School District for three years. Josh also has experience as a Technical Support Supervisor at ISD 622 and as a Technical Services Consultant at TIES. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Network Specialist and a Technology Support Specialist at ISD622, as well as a Business Sales Associate at CompUSA. Josh has a strong background in Microsoft infrastructure, virtual server environments, software deployment, and technical support.

Josh Wesley earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and Management Information Systems from Metro State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2011. Josh then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Metro State University from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Josh also holds several certifications, including Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician, MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008, MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator on Exchange 2010, and MCTS - Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager.
