Mindy Abendroth

Mindy Abendroth is an experienced educator and skincare specialist with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as a Teacher at Waukee Community School District since August 2022, Mindy has also held teaching positions in early childhood special education within West Des Moines Community Schools from August 2019 to May 2023 and Des Moines Public Schools from 2005 to 2010. Prior to these roles, Mindy worked as a Substitute Teacher for Waukee Community School District from September 2017 to June 2019. Alongside teaching, Mindy has been self-employed as a Skincare Specialist and Cosmetics Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics since 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education from Morningside University and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Iowa State University.
