Ann Pascavis began their financial career in October 1993 as an Audit Manager for Conley McDonald. In this role, Ann managed audit and tax engagements for financial institutions, manufacturing, not-for profit, school district and municipal clients. In November 1998, Conley McDonald was acquired by Virchow Krause & Co., and Ann took on the role of Audit Manager for their new company. In this role, Ann managed multiple audit engagements for financial institutions and manufacturing clients, including the entire job from financial statement preparation and audit to tax return preparation, scheduling, reviews and compliations.

In October 2002, Ann left Virchow Krause to become the SVP, Chief Financial Officer at Waukesha State Bank, where they have been employed for the past 18 years. In this role, Ann is responsible for leading all aspects of the Bank’s financial management, including accounting, finance, asset/liability management, investments and treasury. Under their leadership, the Bank has achieved strong financial performance and has been recognized as one of the top performing banks in the state of Wisconsin.

Ann Pascavis studied accounting at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting. Ann then became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) after passing the necessary exams.

Their manager is Ty R. Taylor, President & CEO. They work with Devon Arnold - SVP, Retail Banking Manager, Tina Neis - SVP, Commercial Credit Manager, and Patricia Witkowiak - SVP, Operations Manager.
