Elizabeth McDowell has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Senior Learning & Development Facilitator at Waukesha State Bank since August 2003. In this role, Elizabeth conducts core and soft skill training for employees and develops learning solutions to align with the bank's strategic objectives. Previous positions include Retail Loan Processing Manager, where Elizabeth led the retail loan processors and focused on service excellence, and Bank Manager of the Downtown Waukesha office, overseeing various banking services. Elizabeth also co-chairs the Helping Hearts Board, promoting volunteer opportunities within Waukesha County. Additionally, Elizabeth served as a Spanish Interpreter for the City of Waukesha Police Department. Education includes studies at Brigham Young University and BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
