Aj Borchardt

AJ Borchardt's work experience includes various roles at Waupaca Foundry and Krause Publications. At Waupaca Foundry, AJ started as a Production Team Leader/Service Person in 2002 and was later promoted to other positions such as Coreroom Team Leader, Quality Auditor, Lead Auditor, Continuous Improvement/6S Project Facilitator, and P1 Lead Process Engineer. In these roles, AJ was responsible for developing safe and efficient processes, employee engagement, continuous training, mentoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction. AJ's tenure at Waupaca Foundry lasted from 2002 to the present. Prior to joining Waupaca Foundry, AJ worked as a Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator at Krause Publications from 1997 to 2002.

AJ Borchardt attended FVTC from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a degree in Applied Engineering with a focus on Engineering. In addition, AJ Borchardt obtained several certifications including Certified Quality Engineer from ASQ in June 2012, Six Sigma Black Belt Certified from Waupaca Foundry in March 2012, Certified Quality Auditor from ASQ in December 2010, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Fox Valley Technical College in October 2008.
