Stepping Stones Transition Education Program at WAUSAU SCHOOL DISTRICT

Gallagher Kandie possesses extensive experience in special education, currently serving in the Stepping Stones Transition Education Program at WAUSAU SCHOOL DISTRICT since August 2021. Previously, Gallagher worked as a Cross Categorical High School Teacher at Marathon County Special Education Athens District from July 2016 to August 2021, and as a Cross Cat Teacher at Antigo Middle School from June 2014 to June 2016, focusing on the care and educational needs of students with various disabilities. Gallagher's professional journey began as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Wausau School District, where a 14-year tenure included significant time in the Emotional Behavioral Disabilities (EBD) room. Gallagher holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, along with a Special Education Teachers License and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California Coast University.
