Dean Hess currently serves as the Superintendent of Schools for the Oconto Falls School District, where responsibilities include advising the board of education on educational matters and leading district operations. With a long-standing career in education, Dean Hess has held roles such as Middle School Principal and Middle School Assistant Principal at the Wausau School District since 1998. Additionally, Dean Hess has military experience as a Company and Task Force Commander in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Edgewood College, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Superior, and a Bachelor of Science in Broad Field Science and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
