Joe Gemma

Joe Gemma has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joe began their career as a Project Engineer at Corner and Lada in 1981. In 1985, they moved on to work at Crellin Technologies as a Project Engineer and later became an Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Advanced Technology Systems, which was previously a division of Crellin Technologies.

Gemma then joined Staubli Corporation in 1997, where they held various positions, including North American Division Manager and CEO. Joe remained with Staubli Corporation until 2014 when they became the President & CEO of KUKA Robotics USA.

In 2016, Gemma shifted to KUKA Robotics Corporation, where they served as the Chief Regional Officer. Joe'sresponsibilities included developing and executing the company's strategy and sales growth in the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Joe also focused on fostering collaboration within the teams and enhancing the customer experience. Gemma stayed with KUKA Robotics Corporation until 2019.

Following their stint at KUKA Robotics Corporation, Gemma joined Calvary Robotics in 2020 as the Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Joe held this role until 2022, when they started their current position as Chief Revenue Officer at Wauseon Machine & Manufacturing.

Joe Gemma completed their education at various institutions. From 1971 to 1975, they attended Classical High School. Joe then enrolled at Rhode Island College from 1976 to 1980, majoring in Communications/Secondary Education. Later on, from 1989 to 1997, Joe Gemma returned to Rhode Island College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
