Scott Anair has a diverse and extensive work experience. From 2020 onwards, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wauseon Machine & Manufacturing, Inc. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they were the President of JR Automation Systems, overseeing the Systems Divisions that represented a significant portion of the company's revenue, earnings, and workforce. In 2017, they worked at JR Automation as the Director of Program Management, where they implemented a Program Management Office (PMO) and standardized project execution across all locations. Before joining JR Automation, they held the position of Senior Business Leader / General Manager at an undisclosed company in 2016. In 2015, they were the Transformation Office Director at Sandvik, leading a global supply chain turnaround initiative across multiple countries and manufacturing sites. Scott Anair also had a long tenure at Johnson Controls, where they held various executive positions, including Executive Director of Program Management and Strategic Initiatives, managing multi-million dollar projects and restructuring initiatives. Their roles at Johnson Controls spanned from 1986 to 2014.
Scott Anair received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. Scott completed their studies at the university from 1981 to 1986.
