Lindsey Whyte

Lindsey Whyte serves as the Director of Data Quality and Analytics for Wauwatosa School District since September 2022, bringing nearly two decades of experience in K-12 public education and currently pursuing a doctorate in Leadership, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement. Prior to this role, Lindsey held various positions at Mequon-Thiensville School District from July 2014 to September 2022, including Assistant Principal at Wilson Elementary, where significant reductions in student discipline referrals were achieved, and Coordinator for Gifted and Talented Programs, providing instructional support through collaborative planning. Additionally, Lindsey implemented a successful Summer Academy program that increased student enrollment by 438% from 2016 to 2021 and coached freshman girls' volleyball to promote skill development and teamwork. Earlier experience includes teaching elementary grades at the School District of Waukesha and Milwaukee Academy of Science, achieving measurable improvements in student achievement in both reading and math. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Education, a Mentoring Certificate, and ongoing doctoral studies.
